Terms of Service
TaggingSpace is operated by Aleksandar Lukic, an independent developer.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the TaggingSpace website and mobile app.
1. The Service
TaggingSpace is an offline-first app for organizing photos and related context with tags, search, and local storage.
The app does not require an account. Most app data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
TaggingSpace is designed for local data storage and retrieval. We do not operate a central server for user content.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use TaggingSpace only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and Google Play billing.
- Pricing, renewal terms, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are handled by the applicable store.
- The app may process limited purchase and entitlement information provided by Apple or Google to determine access to paid features. TaggingSpace does not operate a backend database of user purchases and does not receive full payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store before the end of the current billing period. The applicable app store displays the current price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase.
Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to the applicable store's policies. You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms shown in the store before purchasing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the app or website
- reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law
- misuse paid features, billing flows, or store entitlements
5. User Content and Data
You remain responsible for the content you store, organize, export, or share using TaggingSpace.
- You are responsible for making backups where needed.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your photos and records.
- You are responsible for any content you export or share.
Because TaggingSpace is offline-first, we do not promise cloud sync, centralized recovery, or automatic server-side backups.
When you export or share content, the data is handled by the destination you choose (for example, another app or storage provider).
6. Website Use
The TaggingSpace website may use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions. Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The TaggingSpace app, website, branding, design, and related materials are owned by TaggingSpace or its operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
9. Disclaimers
TaggingSpace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:
- the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- stored data will never be lost
- subscription access will always be available without store dependencies
- the service will meet your specific requirements or use cases
TaggingSpace is an organizational and documentation tool. Reports, exports, templates, tags, notes, timestamps, and other content or outputs created through the app do not constitute legal, regulatory, insurance, inspection, accounting, safety, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, suitability, and compliance of their content and outputs before relying on, submitting, or sharing them.
TaggingSpace does not independently verify user-entered information. Templates are organizational aids and do not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, industry standard, inspection standard, insurance requirement, or contractual obligation. Users remain responsible for their own professional judgment and any review required for their intended use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid for the service, liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or limit access to the website or service if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law. Where required, consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply.
